Day 30 Spanish horror.
This lady thinks out of the box to get new tenants for her apartment block. Her dedication is commendable, but honey your place is stinking.
At first I thought this was a haunting type affair, but thankfully it took the maniac approach, and whats a maniac film without its mannequins, its nothing I tell you. She brought me a lot of happiness, shes a vicious lady. Her stalking, her violence, and her rabid son - oh GRIN.
The nurse.....you chopped off her hand. Why do you think she's dead?!
Renting do be like that sometimes.
Spanish Joan Allen fucka up some innocentes in this quick single set tension filled jammie. She stocks that pink shake you like. Minus for the edgy shaky cam.
4th Annual 31 Days of Horror 4 of 31
From the director of [REC] (yay!!) and Darkness (Boo!! Hiss!!) comes the story of a young couple with a child on the way who are looking for a new place to live after selling their previous home and now have limited time to find that new place before they have to move out. The boyfriend gets an ad in the mail for a location a distance away, but at a great price so they venture there to discover it's in an abandoned part of town and the building is really sketchy. They decide to let the real estate agent to show them around anyways and it turns out to be a…
Before he made Rec Spanish director Jaume Balagueró made a terrible film called Darkness with Anna Paquin. A few years after that he made To Let, or Para Entrar A Vivir, one of the 6 Films To Keep You Awake series which is a slight improvement, but far from anything worthwhile. It is about a young couple expecting their first child who travel out of town to meet with a realtor and view a vacant apartment, but soon get trapped inside and hunted down by a deranged maniac.
I like that the film focuses mostly on a single location, an apartment building, no doubt becoming inspiration for Rec. You can even watch Balagueró grow as a director during the extended…
The Sims for the clinically insane.
this is good, really intense and graphic
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Es como La Comunidad solo que sin una comunidad, el edificio está a las afueras y es más oscura.
Another movie of the Spanish series "Películas para no dormir". This one is tense and has a very sinister ending.
The original title refers to the advertisement for the apartment. Applause for the excellent direction of Jaume Balagueró (Rec, Fragile) who wrings blood from a stone in this telefilm.
“He’s an animal”
Him: 👁️👄👁️
I like that I have yet to watch [rec] but I choose to watch this lmao.
What a psychotic movie. Very to-the-point and fast paced (I think all movies of this type should be 70 minutes like this one) the only thing holding it back are some insufferably annoying choices characters make for the sake of tension. Otherwise this is a lean powerhouse of Spanish horror. Very good, yes!
