  i know Cal and Andre. it’s uncomfortable to say it, but they’re probably the boys that i had crushes on in high school, and even past that sometimes. You like them because they’re sensitive and edgy (not like the other dickhead guys you know) and they’re funny and sweet. Maybe you have similar interests. You can’t really figure out why other people tend to be put off by them. Sure, they have dark senses of humor, but so do you! And then, the more time you spend with them, the jokes get even darker until you realize that they’re not really jokes, and they’re not coming from a place of zaniness, but from a place of actual hatred.
