  Now that’s a cat and mouse game! I saw this at Quentin Tarantino’s Vista Theater in Los Feliz. The audience was probably 90 percent men. As Pacino geared up to say one of his many classic lines, one of the fellas in the audience beat him to it: “BECAUSE SHE HAS A FAT ASSSSS.” After the showing, I heard two guys talking about the movie - “I had no idea how much I needed that.”

  It is so important to have new voices in cinema. Rich children of celebrities in particular must be heard from. The absence of class in both their analysis and prescriptions is especially valuable. It feels fair that a first time filmmaker was given a sizable budget that could pay for top level colorizing and other film mastering technology to paper over mediocre cinematography and art direction. The film industry, and our world, are in good shape.

Following
