The Help 2011
This film has been in my watch list for a while now and I thought I was gonna really like it, but unfortunately this movie was just too much of a white savior film for my liking. Despite that, the performances were phenomenal and there was definitely some tear jerking moments. I COULDNT STOP LAUGHING AT THE “EAT NY SHIT” SCENE!

The scene when the dad, brother, and uncle start dancing with the little girl instead of stopping her as absolutely tear jerking!
There’s nothing more beautiful than a child’s passion and wonder, because they don’t yet understand the cruelty of this world and don’t care about judgment. That’s something I think we should learn to strive for again. Being yourself without worrying of the judgement of others. What a great movie!
