Swiss Army Man 2016
Sat down to watch this movie thinking it was a dramatic, soul crushing, yet slightly comedic story about a man dragging is friend and fellow soldier from the trenches. I was wrong. And I've never been more happy to be! Watching this for the first time was borderline religious. Jaw agape, eyes wide, never have I ever seen something like this before. Fart jokes backed by an addictive soundtrack with the audacity to make my chest feel things and make my eyes weepy?!?! You have to be kidding me. Trust the process, I'll never stop thinking about this movie.

Literally one of the most insane films I ever had the pleasure to witness, the kind of thing you just can't stop thinking about. Made me sob during a matinee next to a co-worker I barely knew, and then again when I took my mother to see it less than a week after. The Daniels are insane geniuses that continue to outdo themselves and many others, showing us that comedy can also send one spiralling into an existential abyss of self reflection. Holy shit. I would give anything to crawl around their minds for a day.
