  i love wes anderson, my favorite character building EVER. very children’s storybook-like how they all wear the same costumes and each have “their thing” that defines them. but at the same time they are also very deep and well written characters. also this soundtrack is great

  wow, this is an incredibly well made and thoughtful film.  just the visuals alone blew we away, the way the lighting and shot style reflects their emotions is very well done and pretty much every scene was really beautiful. the characters are extremely well written, all the interactions and moments felt real and i appreciate that nobody was perfect. the story is great and everything just comes together super well. my only complaint is some scenes from the second half i felt could’ve been cut, but it didn’t take away from the film as a whole. great movie

  i love the way everything flows and morphs together with no solid cuts, there are some really beautiful moments in this and the music is great
