What are we, some kinda THE Suicide Squad?!
Brought to us by the good people at Disney who temporarily fired James Gunn from the third Guardians movie, The Suicide Squad is James Gunn absurdity through and through (which is to say absurdity is the best way!). The premise of the the Suicide Squad is a perfect match for Gunn’s humor, especially of the darker variety, which he can only scratch the surface of in the MCU.

Ah, M Night. We meet again, Old friend.
Old is quintessential Shyamalan: a film with a premise that sounds like it could be interesting, but which inevitably falls flat due to a poor story and terribly written and acted dialogue.
