  I appreciate a part of this film just because it shows how contagious hate is and how easily it's it's passed from father to son to brother. Especially if you have charismatic cult leaders who get access to them. The only reason I don't share my own fathers' values is because I've never looked up to him, fortunately.

  Derek's redemption was handled pretty superficially and unconvincingly. Upon re-watch I feel like the movie I watched as a teenager was different…

  The storyline had egregious inconsistencies even for Hallmark.
  - A village with 112 people that hosts a festival?
  - No hotel/Airbnb despite hosting the annual festival?
  - Barely any cell reception, but crystal clear video call?
  - Bridezilla was so set on those flowers yet announced she wanted them only two weeks before getting married?
  - The same bridezilla after insisting she must have those flowers gives up on having them even though they were scheduled to arrive the next…
