  The scene with “Come As You Are” was so good and it was giving the aquarium scene from Romeo + Juliet. I love the soundtrack and the visuals of this movie (which goes without saying for a Guadadgnino film), but the surrealistic moments feel out of place and incoherent with the rest of it. I did like this though, and I think the idea of Lee not being able to separate Allerton and drugs is very compelling. ALSO THE WAY CHALLENGERS AND THIS WERENT NOMINATED FOR AN OSCAR IS DIABOLICAL, YOUVE BEEN ROBBED LUCA, I STILL LOVE YOU ✊😞

  Call Me by Your Name is one of those films where the cinematography and music work together so perfectly that they almost become characters in their own right. The visuals (by Sayombhu Mukdeeprom) are so warm and filled with sensory details that you can feel the heat of the summer on your skin.
