An absolutely impeccable watch in all regards. Absolutely excels at being the most stellar example of Lynch's ability to create unease, dread and sadness like no one else. Badalmenti also delivers what I think to be some of his best work in terms of the soundtrack.

City Of God is an absolutely brilliant piece of work. From the start it lures you in with its rough style of cinematography, and sporadic retelling of events. By the end you've been drawn into to all it's small stories, and watching them unfurl in such a satisfying way.

Mulholland Drive 2001
I feel like trying to form an analysis of Mullholland Drive's plot so soon after watching it would be like pissing in the wind. In regard to everything else around the narrative, this film is brilliant.
Lynch's portrayal of Hollywood is the best I've seen of the many portrayals in film. It's wierd, unpredictable and dangerous which makes for one of the most striking settings I've ever had the pleasure of seeing.
