Toxic Town 2025
before watching this i thought it was about the babies of thalidomide. i am surprised that i hadn't heard this story given it ended seemingly recent (2009). i thought jodie and aimee did such an amazing job. love them both from doctor who and sex education respectively and thought this was a really great show sharing the stories of really strong women and their children. i also loved how the show emphasised the fact that the disabilities and limb differences wasn't a bad thing that was shameful but focussing on the impact on the lives and health of the children due to the toxins
