  "What happens, happens. And then we are gone."

  To say I immediately fell in love with this movie wouldn’t be enough. I would jump in front of a bus to protect little wooden boy Pinocchio (even at the point where he cannot die).

  The fact that Guillermo Del Toro succeeds at making this into an anti-fascist movie about a wholesome father-and-son relationship by also making it into a really fun, heartbreaking stop-motion musical is wild. My heart got broken roughly…
