  It was refreshing yet painful to see this kind of depiction of loneliness during middle school,where the child isn’t necessarily a saint but actually shows emotions like angst and stuff and in all honesty even being an asshole lol.
  It took me a while to admit to myself that this movie is relatable merely because of the raw awkwardness in it,which is in fact part of the reason why it’s relatable.
  I do not love this movie but I think I was meant to watch it
