  Gunn’s engaging direction demonstrates the style and scope of ‘Guardians’ impeccably, while likewise advancing elements of the expansive cosmos surrounding the film. Despite succeeding a slew of acclaimed movies, never does Guardians appear unoriginal or stale, predominantly due to the precise, nuanced directing.
