Just got back from an Urzila Carlson stand-up gig where she talks about this movie and you bet I will only be watching it for her
This movie is so hard to rate because on the one hand, many staples of the Mission: Impossible franchise are introduced such as Ving Rhames and the motorbike chases.

"Wicked Little Letters" (I've had to stop myself from saying some combination with "Pretty Little Liars" multiple times) takes the fundamental theme of prejudice and societal expectations (mainly of women) and applies it to a post-Great War time period and setting in Britain. However, the film focuses on the expression and defiance of these gender roles with one simple and comedic motif: swearing.
