WTF did I just watch? How did this movie costs $120 million before P&A?! I am all for experimentation but this looked and felt like a soap opera on meth. Perhaps I’m not into classic mythology and Roman history enough to appreciate what FFC is doing here. But if I’m not the audience for his indulgences, I’m not sure who is.

Alien: Romulus 2024
Third best Alien movie. It has everything I want from the franchise; practical effects, simple story/premise, a couple of new twists that i haven’t seen before. It carries it’s homages heavily on it’s sleeve but I’m here for it. Great horror film, and the only alien sequel i am interested in aside from ALIENS.
