Slow moving, continuing the themes of the last. Musically shown through the eyes of a man on a downward spiral on the systematic failures of the welfare state and now prisons to protect the vulnerable. The glamorisation of crime and the cult followings it produces when atrocities occur even on live tv, there are people still looking for a hero. Someone to raise us up again. (Holding up a mirror to the world we live in now)
