  more often than not, cannibalism when used as a metaphor in media, is more about blind consumerism allegory or power dynamics. unlike the potential limerical tragedy of it. this film never shies away from how self-harmful and violent that feeling of absolute loneliness and emptiness-void can invalidate some people, taunting us with it's grotesque voracity and vivid gore.

  quick break, quick bite and no fun but i'm thankful for the nicotine and that palette of wood on the floor that someone forgot to put away and i repurposed as rest.

  every once in a while, we attend a show so thrilling, embracingly sumptuous and inebriating, that the most appropriate response would be to look hard and say nothing.

  had  the enormous honor of meeting dylan carlson once, firstly meeting holly (his then wife) we had a chat at the merch table, over her face being the cover art for his later solo project (the conquistador) after the concert was over she asked me to join her next to him. carlson had the most silly voice intonation and such a welcoming demeanor.

  everything about earth creates this breathtaking, hypnotic effect - a new way to dream.
