love a good slasher film so to put the eighties, kieran shipkan AND olivia holt all mixed in a film was a treat. my fave part was all the plot twists like the amount of times i audibly gasped. also it wasnβt as gory as other horror comedy films. need more movies like this!!!

this movie is a billion times much better than the original. i cried so hard you donβt even knowww. βtrue loves kissβ doesnβt always have to be romantic and thatβs what made the ending of this movie so special. maleficent made a mother-daughter bond with aurora and that type of bond can never be shattered. no matter what aurora does, maleficent will always love her. the amount of power that connection holds, is so beautiful.
dare i say, best live-action disney film.
