  The new anti spiral fight was great, but other than that, this is like a less fleshed-out version of the anime it definitely feels unnecessary since it ends exactly the same way the anime does, so it's not like the end of eva where you get a completely new ending.

  Man what a let down. As someone who has been struggling with clinical depression for half a decade now i was going into this with excitement that i would resonate with this film, that excitement quickly faded after 30 minutes into the film.
