  Second time watching 

  Zodiac feels less like a typical serial killer movie 
  It’s not much about the killer, but more about the people chasing him,a deep dive into what they go through
  from Curiosity,obsession,frustration,Isolation,to eventual downfall.
   it’s about how such cases can affect people
  And i love how it mirrors real life perfectly.

  While all the performances are strong
  For me graysmith’s obsession is the heart of the movie jake’s acting and a great character writing.

  The final scene is amazing just hauntingly unresolved 
  Feels like an answer,yet legally,it means nothing.
  Leaves us with the same frustration as the real investigators.

  this felt like stepping into a moving painting
  every frame bursting with colour, texture, symmetry
  He transformed journalism into visual art
   the mix of black&white, pastels n set designs
   that feel like a carefully curated gallery 

  3 different main stories each w its own artistic flair/
   a tortured painter creating masterpieces in prison
   a student revolution captured like a vintage comic strip
   a noir inspired crime story with culinary elegance.
  Although the storytelling might feel fast n dense…
