We just watched "Passengers" (2016) and it was entertaining. There is a horrifying moral dilemma at the heart of the movie, and it is played out slowly to let the audience worry about it for a while. The leads (Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt) are winning as usual. The movie seems to become more conventional than it might have been, which I assume was an attempt to make it into a crowdpleaser rather than a morality play.
