  The concept is cute and you can tell that everyone involved had a blast producing this. It's less about professionalism and more about a healing experience.. and for that I'm more than willing to ignore the many flaws.

  This could have been a really good, and important, movie telling a story about the struggles African refugees have to face on their way to Europe. Why couldn't they just leave it at that? Why did they have to bring in the other two stories? It literally added nothing to the story of Adú and just turned it into the redemption arcs of two white Spanish men. Pretty disappointing.

  I'm always an advocate for open endings and leaving the viewer guessing so they can create their own story. But in this case a good 30 minutes more definitely could have helped the story. It somehow felt unfinished and I would have loved to see more about Felipe's relationship with his mother, especially with Sonia in the picture.
