This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Classified as A-III (Morally Unobjectionable for Adults) by the National Legion of Decency, with the following observation:
"The miracle, upon which the plot solution of this film depends, is presented, not as a divine approbation of a religious sect, but as a divine reward of the faith of an individual in God. The possibility of such a miracle is in conformity with Catholic belief."
I understand that Wes Anderson comes up with a different type of movie making, but that doesn't mean his movies (or at least this one) are good.
I think many people are writing this 'magnifying' comments about 'The Great Hotel Budapest' just because, as I said earlier, is a different kind of film, much more bizarre and exotic than the movies everyone's used to watch.
I found it not only boring, but at certain point 'Gustave H's' (Ralph Fiennes) accent became almost unbearable, tiring.
On a positive note, all I can say is that the scenography is pretty interesting.
In conclusion: boring, massively overrated movie.
