  Eric picked this because it was the newest joint from the fucking icon, the one and only. Now it’s one of the most creative movies I’ve ever seen—full stop. Calling this Wes’s magnum opus wouldn’t be even remotely crazy (although I wouldn’t agree, for the record). The visuals click into place, glow with fascinating beauty and an aesthetic that could only be found in Anderson’s filmography.
