Definitely better than the critics are saying. I thought it was pretty powerful in many ways. I am such a sucker for this type of film, the historical aspects and the raw emotion, along with an Alan Silvestri score with Tom and Robin cooking, I messed with it.
Not perfect, Tom Hanks de-aged to look 17 but moving and sounding like current day Tom Hanks was a little… yeah. Reallyyyy liked the fixed camera perspective. What a unique thing. I think this is a movie we’ll look back on in 20 years as a classic.
