  Maybe my favourite psychadelic sequences I have ever seen. Masterful in its surrealism.  Set was kinda weird but I’m over that.

  Perhaps made worse by my own failure to realize beforehand that this is an adaptation of a book I am half way through reading. But performances felt a bit stilted, the melodrama didn’t land for me, and I found myself a bit bored at times. None the less beautiful moments and great visuals.
