A cheesy, mediocre movie that I had a blast with for every single minute. No performance was perfect, the action was dramatic, and I could not look away. Jake Gyllenhal once again proves that when he wants to be scary, he absolutely can be. McGregor was clearly having a blast playing a psychotic villain, and the secondary characters all served their role in the story well enough. Billy Magnussen was a genuine surprise as Ben Brandt, totally owning the role…

Now THIS is where the fun begins.

This movie should have failed, if you think about the legacy of Lucas' writing chops.
However, the man can make a universe so compelling and with character concepts so strong that even the actors take on their traits.

Realistically Harrison Ford saved this movie's script and the visuals were so unapologetically powerful that it changed that nature of film forever.

Darth Vader is also genuinely terrifying. He has circled into the rule of cool but like objectively he's a scary mfr.

No. Please. I can't. You can't make me review this. I HAVE FREE WI-

Attack of The Clones is a disappointment through and through. The visuals are less interesting, the story is contrived, and the acting is so wooden that it gives a park bench a chance at the Oscars.

The action is fun, but the best thing about this movies existence is the old Playstation game. That was fire.

Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace

This movie is like a train wreck on its way to a second, more horrifying train wreck. Conceptually there are some very good ideas here and Liam Neeson is always a joy to watch. But the bad outweighs the good in some comedic ways. Visuals were and are top notch though.
