Interesting movie with meaningful satire. Every character is so detached and self-involved with unimportant things, like dinner reservations, suits, and business cards, that they fail to notice the obviously suspicious behavior and actions of Patrick Bateman. The simple message is that people are often focused on things that end up distracting them from more important things. There's a lot more nuance to it, but I have a headache and I don't feel like writing more lol.
"Feed me a stray cat" was hilarious though.
