  Trying to do something interesting, which is commendable. But borrows too much from the Anderson/Tarantino stilted ‘needle drop’ school of cinema: just because your film had a lot of cool songs in it, does not make it a cool film. Ultimately managed to be surprisingly boring for such a weird film.
  That being said, Mumbai is a very beautiful and cinematic city - so that was nice to look at.
