  I wish I could have watched this in one of my film classes and participated in a discussion afterwards because I truly feel like I am missing a level of this film’s message. It almost feels like reading Shakespeare where I know it’s objectively good but I can’t quite connect with it personally. 

  Still, this was interesting and certainly worth watching. I guess fighting in the Crusades will really age a dude because my man Antonius did NOT look late 20s in this movie.
