    An interesting blend of film noir and '50s teen comedy, Blue Velvet nonetheless didn't impress me as much as I expected it to. It's good, don't get me wrong, very good at times, and Lynch is a master of his craft, but I agree with a lot of what Roger Ebert had to say about the film.
