This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
If I had a nickel for every time Ethan Hawke played a dad who gets divorced and moves away from his kids, creating a loving but strained relationship with said kids, but later on has a very positive character arc resulting in him getting happily married with more kids and ultimately becoming a very good father in a production filmed over many years directed by Richard Linklater I’d have two nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice

Cliche dialogue, bad acting, horrible characters and an annoying love interest. And on top of that, ansel elgort doesn’t even play a baby in the movie. Would give 0 stars if i could.
