  In the start of the movie, Iris was humming to the tune of greensleeve, which was written for Henry the 8th, which forshadowed the theme of the manipulation, replacability, and disposability of romantic partners/ women. I just thought it was very clever.

  Also all the main cast are women and minorities (a gay couple, russian immigrant, and a woman of color) EXCEPT Josh, who instigated the whole the-world-is-against-me thing. Really nice social commentary

  "Man I loved the book Never Let Me Go by Ishiguro Kazuo, I only wish it was way fucking worse"

  They BUTCHERED the titular scene and made a romantic connection with the song, which was NEVER there and never SUPPOSED to be there.
