Saving Private Ryan 1998
other than the intense opening scene this film is overrated. it’s not really based on a true story is it. putting other men’s lives at risk to ‘save’ this other soldier who doesn’t feel he should leave is a rubbish story line. when tom hanks died i didn’t care and that says something cos i love tom hanks. took me three months to get through it
