Robert Pattinson is such chefs kiss and he of course did such a fun job and pulled through on the variations of his character sooo well!
There's two subplots that were just randomly popping up and it seemed pointless overall– many themes were repeated to death (no pun intended).
The movie nudges our recent presidential status, and topics of: colonization, immigration, & technological advancement– offering nothing new or exciting
Jeremy Strong is too good. So eery. So brutal and blunt. He brought life to such a soulless person.
If I was Sebastian Stan I wouldn’t be able to look at my lips the same after such a great Trump impersonation LOL.
Great music.
This film grabbed you the whole time and you felt the bruise from it too. This is who we have to deal with for years to come and it’s a tragedy.
This is like an anti-letterbox review lol. Er, more like what this app isn’t for lol- I only saw the hour ending.
But you know what, that still gives me every right to dislike this three hour drag of a movie.
War, what a bore.
Marlon Brando what are you doinnngg heree??!?? The check needed that badly? Better have donated it to Littlefeather. At LEAST.
Uhh I guess Francis Ford Coppola drops in my ranking of favorites…is that too harsh?…
This was absolutely fantastic.
The runtime is what people bring up first, and with validity, but I think with all the extra details to make it go that long it was well done. Some scenes could’ve definitely been shorter because it was just yelling or making a character trait more known but we can get clues from other scenes so just a cut would’ve sufficed.
Lily Gladstone is suchhh a star and oozes warmth, strength, and charisma. I loved her…
