This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
The psychological horror is PSYCHOLOGICALIZING. The religious elements of it had my skin crawling, and Nick Cage was surprisingly fantastic in this role. It was creepy with little to no background sound effects so it felt solitary and like you were just waiting for something to pop up. Very few jumpscares though, it was more so building that tension.
