As this IS a Kenny Ortega film, the rules still apply. He always does better on this second attempt (the HSM theory).
Whilst still being weird and cringe, the songs are definitely a step up from the last. (And the dancing too).My main issue with these films are the relation of children to parents.

Wow. The concept of this film is so wierd. It is executed so well though!
Nicolas Cage is really good in this film as he, and Travolta, have to play 2 characters. It’s cool to see how these arch enemies see into each other’s lives.Obviously Cage steals the show but my MVP of this film has to be the Stunt coordinator/stunt team. Whilst over the top at times, they look really good and they look really cool too.
The amount of gunshots/ bullets flying in this film and neither Cage or Travolta getting hit is still beside me.
