Probably Kitano's most boring film. I don't care about a single one of these characters and the meaningless gangster politics is so tiresome. Kind of dug the last Outrage film but they've overstayed their welcome I guess. There’s some fun stuff at the end but it can’t save it because I don’t care about who’s dying and who’s doing the killing- I barely even understand who’s who at this point which wasn’t the case with earlier instalments.

Yesterday this would have meant so much to us. Now it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter at all.

Be ready for some properly raw and bleak stuff. I am an appetite, nothing more.

I have seen 40 vampire films. This is the best one. Eggers is a magician. When they did the Jesse Pinkman floating in bed shot I knew this was gonna rip.

There’s a physicality and size to Orlok that I just love. What a presence. Willem Dafoe and Ralph Ineson are two character actors I particularly like, so seeing them side by side here was a pleasure. Lily-Rose Depp kills it.

Genuinely such a delight. Couldn’t be more excited for The Knight.

THIS ABSOLUTELY RULES, HOW DO PEOPLE NOT LIKE THIS???

Jaw dropping visuals. Michael Fassbender’s performance. Actually cared about the characters.  Yeah, this is handily the best alien movie.

I love how this is kind of Scott’s spiritual successor to Blade Runner, with how he builds on its exploration of artificial life. I also loved everything it did with all the elements introduced in Prometheus. To be honest, I loved everything about this.
