Crazy, Stupid, Love. 2011
This was a funny, but cute romcom. I’m not usually the type that would watch romcoms, but this one was definitely an exception. Jacob finding his match, and that match being Cal’s daughter, was not on my bingo card. I didn’t see that coming at all — which is something you can usually guess and get right with most romcoms. I laughed, I “aww”ed, and got invested in the story. I’d probably recommend to anyone who also dislikes romcoms but is open to watching a decent one.

Nothing prepared me for the rollercoaster of emotion I had watching this film. It was a true masterpiece and once again, Martin Scorsese has brought the audience right into the center of the story.
