  Weird when the worst part of a Linklater movie is the script: third act is pretty rough and the overall dialogue is pretty hit or miss. Thematically I don’t agree with the ending, but at least I understand what they’re going for. Great chemistry between Arjona and Powell, wish they had a bit more time together

  Pretty good movie, but some of the movie is pretty undeveloped, probably as a result of Disney not wanting a kids movie to approach 2 hours+. Those aspects are the relationship between Ralph and Felix (and between the apartment people in the fix it game) and some of the sugar rush stuff. It doesn’t really feel earned at the end of the movie that Ralph is accepted by his game-mates, because their hate of him stems from an irrational place…
