Great movie about perspective, and character growth. The dynamic between Derek and his brother show how influence can change someone from worse to better. Also a good representation of consequence.

A very heart wrenching story, the introduction was great, as well as the execution of the story. the reason this is not a higher rating is due to the ending, it was a very sad and shocking ending, it did fit well for such a piece but I just couldn’t believe the ending, I can’t give this a higher score due to the ending being too sad.

A Silent Voice: The Movie 2016
A wonderful story of friendship, the way the main character try’s to resolve his past despite everyone around him not supporting it. I love how he stuck by the other main character throughout everything and eventually set up a possible lover trope between the two off screen, a sequel of a possible relationship would be a great addition in my opinion. The reason I don’t rank it higher is only due to its runtime, it’s worthy of the minutes but I feel it could have been reduced slightly.
