Hard to beat Chicago Stand Up comedy. The whole cast was terrific, I so thought Holly Hunter was Amy Sedaris from BoJack Horseman until just now.
I won't spoil but I really liked how it became a love story between Kumail and Emily's parents.
Disappointing I didn't recognize any of the places they went to, I don't think the clubs or restaurants were real chicago clubs or restaurants.
Not terrible, pretty funny.
Acting is fairly bad but only fairly bad.
I know there's only 90 minutes to tell the story but they go from hating each other to becoming a family and liking each other instantly. Like when you drop a frog in boiling water instead of boiling the frog.
