    The Haunting of Hill House

This was probably the most bizarre, heartfelt, and brilliant therapy session I have ever had the privilege of witnessing.

Diving into this series without any expectations and finishing it in no time with my roommate felt like one big, warm embrace. What else could we have done but eagerly discuss each day, feverishly trying to unravel how this intricate yet perfectly coherent story would continue? Terrifier 3 doesn’t just show horror—it makes you feel it. Every hit, every bone break, every brutal rip of flesh feels so visceral it’s like the pain reaches out of the screen. Total icon status—I'm a full-on stan for this freaky goofus.

"Mad God" was definitely the wrong choice for a hangover day. Everything in this movie feels like it’s been marinated in a mixture of hair, blood, and feces—and I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. The grotesque monsters, paired with the uncanny noises and relentless flashing lights, made for one of the worst (best?) sensory overloads while battling a raging headache.

As a film, though? It’s absolutely phenomenal. Phil Tippett crafts a nightmarish acid trip of a movie…
