Alien: Romulus 2024
I really enjoyed it despite some strong flaws, my biggest gripe with it is that way too many scenes relied on the aliens moving as slowly as possible and those moments of stretched tension kept losing momentum. I wanted more blood.

I have many mixed feelings, it focuses on a woman who empowers herself through her sexuality and sex work while at the same the most defining trait of her character is that she is a child of uncertain age discovering the world with total naivety.
Bella's character is a bit caricaturesque, one could ascribe this as just one of the many eccentricities of the film, but it felt antiquated and stereotypical at the beginning.Translated from by
