  Really good, I especially like the main villain whose portrayal is quite topical with blowhards like Elon Musk running around in government. There are a lot of unresolved plot points and the story is all over the place but that’s not really a bad thing because the very premise is bonkers. Some of the best subtle humor I’ve seen in a movie in a while. Go see this one.

  Let’s get this out of the way: this anime was marketed TERRIBLY. Netflix exclusively used footage from the first episode to basically bait viewers into thinking that this would be a straight adaptation of the comics (despite Bryan Lee O’Malley specifically saying that it wasn’t). However, even though a lot of people were pissed that this story is more Ramona’s than Scott’s, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it as a hardcore fan of the series.

  This movie was fucking FANTASTIC. So many great references from the games and to top it all off, they actually adapted Sonic Adventure 2 pretty faithfully. I thought the plot was solid and got REALLY good once the whole revenge plot between Sonic and Shadow started.
