I cried. I cried awful terrible sniveling tears, this movie wrecked me for a bit. I haven't had a movie bring out dormant mom issues until this fucking masterwork. Aesthetically this movie is phenomenal, as an adaptation of the books it's great. as an emotional roller coaster it's beyond expectation and effectiveness. Go watch the wild robot just do it.
