  I really liked this.

  Every time i was really vibing into a drawn out driving scene where nothing happened kenzie would sigh loudly and that was funny to me.

  I often hate movies that drag incessently with scenes where nothing happens, like angels egg, or stalker, but it was different for me in this movie.

  Maybe its something only people who drive cars can understand.

  Part of me didn't believe that Miyazaki could take me to somewhere so completely new and fantastical in the way he used to when I was a child.

  Its been since 2008 since Ponyo. 15 years since Miyazaki has made something filled with his signature magic.

  Part of me thought he couldn't do it! But he did, and I absolutely loved the adolescent boy perspective from him for the first time ever.

  Incredible. By far the most emotionally heavy of his movies. Potentially the best!
