this is so classic sequel to a REALLY GOOD movie. i really wanted to love this film and i’m so sad when i didn’t. moana will always been iconic and disney i get it but you really fumbled lin on this one! i miss classic choral love song disney and i know that moana’s storyline doesn’t have to be a romantic one but not everything has to be lighthearted and silly. this was just kinda a lot to follow. beyond (end credits version specifically) might make up for it though!

there are SO many iconic one liners from this film i couldn’t pick. perhaps the only movie where misogyny is acceptable because sometimes you just need to be a damsel in distress :,)
