The film had like 3 different plots and was an emotion roller coster in the best way possible. Love how László never got much of a break in the film, and the creepy son was great foreshadowing to what came. Goes without saying the cinematography was great lowkey might win best picture.

Overall I thought it was good. The cinematography was pretty cool capturing the original vibe of the film with dark and more muted black n white colors. I thought the film seamed a little dark for its entirety. I get it’s a horror movie but to a point it’s just disconnects the audience to the film when only one thing is Frame is actually visible. I also thought count orloks character overall was good, I liked the use of shadows…

One of my favorite Gozilas. It differed from the newer ones and connected more to its roots by not relying everything on CGI.

the characters had created back stories too that perfectly connected to the narrative structure. There were so many different aspects to the story, which didn't feel as cramped and overwhelming as it usually does.

I liked basically everything about the film, except the ending, which was very predictable. Other than that, it was great overall.
